Clinical Director & Aesthetic Doctor at Elevate Medical Aesthetics
Dr. Nick Sinden is an experienced Aesthetic Doctor and the Clinical Director of Elevate Medical Aesthetics, based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. With over 15 years of clinical experience and nearly a decade in aesthetics, Dr. Nick is recognised as a leading expert in full-face, non-surgical facial rejuvenation. Elevate Medical Aesthetics brings the exceptional standards of Harley Street to the heart of Yorkshire.
After graduating from the University of Leeds in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Medical Sciences (with Honours), Dr. Nick returned to Leeds Medical School in 2003 to study Medicine, graduating in 2008. His medical career has spanned specialty training and ongoing practice as a Private GP, complemented by his passion for aesthetics, which began in 2014.
Dr. Nick has undergone advanced specialist training to deliver safe, natural, and effective results using only the highest-quality treatments and products. In addition to his practice, he has spent the last seven years as a Lead Trainer for Cosmetic Courses, mentoring other medical professionals in the art of facial aesthetics. He recently earned a Level 7 Post-Graduate Diploma in Cosmetic Injectables, reflecting his commitment to excellence.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Nick enjoys a full and active life in the countryside, unwinding with long walks alongside his faithful dog, Watson. He stays fit by attending military fitness sessions and indulges in his love of food and dining out.

Maria
Advanced Aesthetic Therapist, Treatment Co-ordinator & Clinic Director at Elevate Medical Aesthetics
Maria is an Advanced Aesthetic Therapist and Co-Director of Elevate Medical Aesthetics. After earning a bachelor’s degree in engineering, she decided to follow her passion for beauty and aesthetics, training to become an Advanced Aesthetic Therapist. In 2016, Maria achieved the prestigious CIDESCO (Comité International d’Esthétique et de Cosmétologie) qualification, recognised worldwide for excellence in aesthetics, from Zurich, Switzerland.
Her career began at one of London’s top medical spas, where she worked across clinics in Kensington and Chelsea, gaining extensive experience and certifications in advanced face and body treatments. Maria’s expertise includes Radiofrequency Micro-needling (Morpheus8), HIFU, Micro-needling, Mesotherapy, Pixel Laser, IPL, Laser Hair Removal, and aftercare for cosmetic surgery. She is also trained in 21 Chemical Peels for treating skin concerns such as acne, rosacea, and melasma, as well as intimate body peels for men and women, which can significantly boost confidence.
Maria is passionate about introducing innovative treatments to Elevate, with her current favourite being Radiofrequency Micro-needling (Morpheus8), for its transformative results. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling to luxurious destinations, expanding her collection of designer bags and jewellery, and spending time with friends and family. She also loves creating fun and educational TikTok videos to share her knowledge and passion for aesthetics.
Vitalija
Advanced Aesthetic Therapist at Elevate Medical Aesthetics
Vitalija’s passion for beauty and aesthetics began at a young age, leading her to start her journey in 2010. By 2013, she pursued her dream of becoming an aesthetician by studying Cosmetology, motivated by her personal struggle with acne and a desire to understand and treat skin concerns. During her studies, Vitalija participated in a student exchange programme and spent a semester at the University of Applied Sciences in Nysa, Poland, where she developed a keen interest in laser treatments. In 2016, she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Cosmetology and soon after relocated from her home country of Lithuania to England.
In 2018, Vitalija began working as an aesthetician in a clinic in Leeds, gaining hands-on experience with laser hair removal and advanced facial and body treatments. Over the years, she has not only learned how to manage and maintain her own skin but also discovered her true passion: helping clients on their skin health journeys. Seeing the transformation and confidence in her clients fuels her dedication to this field.
Outside of the clinic, Vitalija enjoys quiet moments with her two beloved cats, indulging in a cup of tea or coffee while working on jigsaw puzzles, painting miniature models, or playing video games. When she’s not at home, she can often be found in the Peak District, sitting in a field or on a mountainside, gazing at the sky to unwind and recharge.

Gemma is a trusted professional with years of dedicated experience in the field of nursing. Specialising in women’s health, she is an expert in providing compassionate care with an emphasis on maintaining patient dignity and privacy. At our clinic, she is the lead practitioner for Votiva, a highly regarded feminine wellness treatment known for its success in improving women’s quality of life.
Her deep understanding of the complexities of feminine health, combined with her gentle approach, ensures that every patient feels safe, respected, and well-informed throughout their treatment journey. Gemma is committed to delivering the highest standards of care, continuously educating herself on the latest advancements in her field to provide the best possible outcomes for her patients.
